No. Our 5% + $0.99 per registration is the total you pay — it includes all payment processing. The only other optional costs are timing service fees for events over 100 participants.
Free timing covers up to 100 participants. For larger events, you can either pay $19 per event or upgrade to the $19/month Pro subscription.
Yes. You can upgrade your timing plan at any time during your race. You'll only be charged based on your actual usage.
You can issue refunds to participants through your dashboard. When a refund is processed, the platform fees are also credited back to your account.
